We’re here to make your move-in process as easy and comfortable as possible. Below are links and information for utility companies in your area to help you get everything set up quickly and easily.

Utilities will be set to Revert to Owner (Nauslar Holdings LLC). What does this mean?

• When you move out and cancel your utilities it will revert back to us, so make sure to cancel on your agreed upon move out date. 

• If you fail to pay utilities and they are shut off they also revert back to us, you will be responsable for all fees and cost till resolved.
