Tenant Responsibilities
Residents are expected to maintain their unit in a clean and sanitary condition and to promptly report any maintenance issues.
Failure to report issues in a timely manner may result in additional damage and potential charges.

Maintenance Guidelines
Do not attempt major repairs yourself
Report leaks, electrical issues, or damage immediately
Replace light bulbs and batteries as needed
Keep drains clear and free of debris
The following are not permitted
Unauthorized occupants
Illegal activity on the premises
Damage to property beyond normal wear and tear
Alterations without written approval
Residents must respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels.
Quiet Hours:
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pets are only allowed if approved in writing and in accordance with the lease agreement.
Unauthorized pets may result in penalties.
Emergency Responsibility
Tenants must take reasonable steps to prevent damage in emergencies, such as:
Shutting off water during leaks
Turning off breakers if safe
Contacting emergency services when necessary
